Analytics only with consent
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, internal analytics, page views, clicks, referrers, device information, session IDs and UTM attribution are used only after you consent to the analytics category. Without consent, these services are not loaded and no analytics events are sent. Names, telephone numbers, email addresses and other personal free-text content are not sent as analytics parameters.
Unknown URLs
If a requested page does not exist, we store the requested path, language, time and, if available, the previous internal path. Query parameters, names, contact details and IP addresses are not stored for this purpose.
Maps and external content
Google Maps is loaded only after you consent to the map category or actively choose to load the map. You can open the directions link at any time. When you do so, you leave this website and Google processes the request under its own terms.
External contact and booking services
WhatsApp, Instagram, email, telephone and Treatwell are linked as contact or booking options. If you send a request or book an appointment there, the respective provider processes the information you enter under its own privacy policy. Campaign parameters are added to Treatwell links only if you accept marketing and booking attribution.
Changing your consent
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by selecting “Privacy settings” in the footer.
