How long do lash extensions last?
Your natural lashes grow and shed continuously, so the set gradually becomes less full. Most clients book a refill every two to three weeks to keep the result even.
How long does an appointment take?
A new set usually takes around two hours. A refill takes approximately 30 to 75 minutes, depending on the remaining extensions and the look.
Can I choose a natural look?
Yes. Length, curl, density and mapping are selected to suit your eye shape, natural lashes and everyday style. A soft, natural result is always possible when your natural lashes allow it.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive without mascara, eyeliner or oily products around the eyes. If you wear contact lenses, bring a case so you can remove them during the treatment.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Clean them regularly with a suitable lash cleanser, brush them gently and avoid pulling or rubbing. Oil-rich products directly on the lash line can reduce retention.
